There are words that serves to limits us rather than to empower us. These words are crude, lacks refinement and are blows to the spirit. To be able to catch these words and reverse them serves more to empower us than to limit us.
To cast the words of limitation out of your mind and out of your speech is the start of something great. Any words that are used to negate or berate are words that needs to be changed. The choice and use of words… all depends upon the user.
