I loved your article about how to treat your workforce.I was a team leader at my place of work before i got layed off due to ill health.I used to no wm workers very well they were like mates men and women.Please and thank you go a long way,plus explain in plain english what you want from them.I was highly respected from the workers and mangement,which i think goese a long way for a happy hard working work force.
