
Ever wonder why your business isn’t doing that good or why customers run away at the sight of your company? It’s time to tap into your own business and put yourself into the customer’s shoes. You need simulate yourself like a normal customer and think why your company isn’t receiving the business it deserves. Only then will you know what your business lacks in order to remedy the situation.
These days many businesses do not cater to their customers. When they don’t cater to them, how do they profit from them? If a customer is not satisfied with what you offer, they will gladly leave in search of another alternative. Think and act like a customer to unravel the mystery behind your business failures.
Is it the pricing, look, or not enough promotion and advertising? Think long and hard like a customer until you can answer some of the reasons for your failures. Only then would you understand what went wrong and why the customers aren’t buying. So next time if your business isn’t doing well, just think like a customer and figure out why. Simple as that.

That is a great way to step outside of the box… I think we tend to over analyze or always look to what others are doing, if we stop and look inwardly, we may find a few interesting things about our business that we haven’t realized before… Thanks for the comments!
