Not much to add, that is the way it is
This is very true to receive a recommendation from a customer is very valuable. It is also important to keep in mind that a dis-satisfied customer will tell 10 friends not to use your service.
General rule of thumb: Satisfied customers will only tell to 2 other people, but unsatisfied customers will tell to another 11.
So make sure we have the best of offering before we make it easier for our customers to ‘tell’ about us..
We have a real estate business. Such sales businesses benefits a lot from recommendation. Hence it is always a must to take care of your customers well even if they are not buyers. An aquaintance recommended us to a buyer which in turn recommended us to relatives who also became buyers so on and so forth.
