		<description>You would suprised how many people in bands (music industry) don't do exactly what you say. Fans are customers. I spent years in bands trying to figure out why there were so many hollier than thow people in the music industry. haha. Excellent post!

		<description>We have a real estate business.  Such sales businesses benefits a lot from recommendation.  Hence it is always a must to take care of your customers well even if they are not buyers. An aquaintance recommended us to a buyer which in turn recommended us to relatives who also became buyers so on and so forth.
