The Power of Bonding

Bonding is a very powerful emotional element; for bonding builds trust, respect and love for one another. By bonding with your top officers, employees and customers, your business will thrive from their loyalty. Your officers and employees will give their utmost and your customers will keep coming back.

To bond with your officers and employees, you must treat them with respect and give them their rightful duties. If their duties do not coincide with their position, your workforce will see you as an incapable leader and you will lose their respect and loyalty. Promote and demote when necessary. Never put your personal matters first and do not be stingy with rewards. A humanistic leader is a leader everyone loves, respect and die for so be one. Have an open heart and mentor your workforce for the employees’ and company’s growth. This is the way to building bond.

To bond with your customers you must put them 1st above all. Always put the customers first and provide them the solutions to their problems without delay. The customers would be grateful and spread your good name around. A company thrives from repeated customers’ purchases so please them to no end. 80% of your sales come from 20% of your repeated customers.

Bond with your officers and employees and they will give their utmost. Bond with your customers and they will become loyal to your company. You have to get close and personal to create a powerful bonding on your employees and customers. Let this be a thought for all business leaders.

I like this post a lot. Sometimes I am not as ‘human’ as I should be at work. I misconstrued friendly as a sign of vulnerability. I have found that when I am nice to someone in the workforce they try to walk all over me.

But your post has turned my thought process in a better direction. I am going to focus more energy on bonding and nurturing those around me. Not everyone in the workforce is opportunistic and I should develop loyal relationship for the betterment of, the company, customer and myself.

    ThanksJ
