		<description>I like this post a lot.  Sometimes I am not as 'human' as I should be at work.  I misconstrued friendly as a sign of vulnerability.   I have found that when I am nice to someone in the workforce they try to walk all over me.   

But your post has turned my thought process in a better direction.  I am going to focus more energy on bonding and nurturing those around me.  Not everyone in the workforce is opportunistic and I should develop loyal relationship for the betterment of, the company, customer and myself.
