Sugar Lowers Productivity

Are your employees drinking too much soft drink, juice or high sugar coffee? The high sugar content on these drinks is dangerous for their health and productivity. The overconsumption of sugar causes fatigue that wears the mind and body down. If you see some of your employees being sluggish and tired, maybe the problem is their high sugar consumption.

All soft drinks and juice have high sugar content in them and consuming too much during the day will wear out the employees physically and psychologically. Too much sugar on coffee is also bad. The consumption of sugar can provide a quick spike in being more productive for a short period of time, but it wears out the mind and body when you consume too much.

If you have trouble regulating your employees what to drink, then provide the office with free tea bags that the employees can use to replace their sugared drinks. People have sugar diabetes from consuming too much sugar and the risk of kidney failure is high from it. Promoting and providing tea for your employees is a great first step for them.

Your employees’ healths are very important to you. They need a healthier lifestyle in order to not only protect their life, but their productivity as well. Convert them into tea drinkers so your employees can enjoy a better life as well as higher productivity.

I found V-Fusion! It’s awesome - one a day.. get your serving of veggies and fruit! It’s not like the old V8 - no how, no way! My mother underwent kidney failure 5 years back, and yes, it’s very real and it’s very scary. Great article for the workplace
