Suffering and Pain, Disciple and Train

Suffering and Pain, Disciple and Train

Suffering and pain is a part of life. Many look at suffering and pain as things they can’t sustain yet don’t we improve as we discipline and train ourselves to overcome it? It makes us stronger in the mist of chaos; it helps redefine who we really are through the test of time. The life of an individual shines as one overcomes suffering and pain, building up traits to become stronger along the way.

The failures and hardships that one embraces is a course of life that further foster us; although through time, you might develop unfavorable traits and mechanisms as a result of the harsh reality that one faces. It is a way to train the mind and body in order to become successful. Through suffering and pain comes happiness and relief. Let suffering and pain be a test to become better and stronger. The things you had overcome will no longer bother you in your quest for success.

    Dear David,

It’s refreshing someone telling it like it is. Your post reminds me of saying from the PlaneScape Torment game:

    “Endure. In enduring, grow Strong!”

Yes, there are more great quotes from one of the greatest RPG of all time, Planescape Torment.

If you ever have the time, play it and you won’t regret it.

Woah great reviews for that game! Looks like an Ultima and Diablo type game. They need to remake it :D

Oh, it’s nothing like Diablo. It’s similar to Ultima though. Think of it as a visual novel.

The link to the book based on the game is below… Read a couple of pages and see whether you like it…

If you do find your appetite whetted by the novel, buy the game and enjoy it. I certainly enjoyed it….Hmmm…maybe it’s time to whip it out and have another go at it…

Avatar- I find the ebook hard to read because it isn’t positioned right. I tried rotating the pages but still to no avail! I might just try the game instead!
