When there are many laws, then laws start to be unclear. When one law can go on for pages, then people will rebel and be disgruntled for there are loopholes and extreme laws in the making. Complex words in laws are used for exploitation while simple words in laws are used for clarification.
Short and simple wording of laws are favored for it holds true meaning and clarity. The shorter the law, the more easy it is understood. In business and in governing a country, laws regulate the people inside it. Only through simplicity can there be clarity. People need to let go of rank, status, ego and esteem for they like to elevate themselves on complexity of words. When laws are treasured then it means they understand and respect it for they are simple and short.

Very true. More importantly, the judiciary needs to be staffed with people of utmost integrity. Without the right people to enforce it, laws are ultimately mere ink on paper.
This is quite true, I think so much more could get done if folks understood the laws. Sometimes the complexity and the ignorance of the laws causes inactivity for fear of incarceration or other penalties. If one only understood some laws we would be able to move and achieve more with in them.
