Ruthless and kindness is the hardest to master. Usually, most people go all out on one or the other but both are needed for victory and success. At times you must be ruthless, and at times you must show kindness. You must be able to know when to implement what in order to prevent and avoid further disasters. Going all out on ruthless can invoke fear, hatred and even death while going all out on kindness will show weakness that can go against you.
At times, being ruthless is necessary in order to carry out the assigned tasks. It is one of way preventing future conflict and disorder. Kindness must also be explored where forgiving or creating allies is necessary for growth, expansion, peace and security. Knowing when to apply ruthless and kindness creates victory and success. You must judge and carry out the proper method to control the situation. You can’t stick with being ruthless or kindness but both to succeed.

What about those that are ruthlessly kind… you know they are kind of mushy and huggy touchy feely critters. I’d like to get ruthlessly ruthless on touchy feeling, huggy smoochy people, because I don’t trust them.
