Do you have trouble pulling consumers to your brand? If you try to focus on everything, you end up losing everything (and go insane in the process). Try to perfect one thing (service, product or customer service) and make the rest average to save time and resources. Here are 3 ways (perfect one of them) to pull consumers to your brand so they will come back for repeated purchases.

Great Services- Pull consumers to your brand through great services that warrant future visits. Your services will be recognized as others talk about it whenever they need them. Great services are also a great way to promote your brand.
Great Products- Pull consumers to your brand through a great product that is worth mentioning and buying. Everyone will start talking about your brand. Innovative and high quality products are things that can pull consumers to your brand. Perfecting your products will lead to repeated purchases, great reviews and free word of mouth.
Great Customer Service- We have all heard of some brands that has great products or services with terrible customer service. Great customer service makes you distinguishable and more likely for customers to come back to your business. Consumers that enjoyed your customer service will most likely come back for repeated purchases even if your products or services are average.
Choose one of those 3 in the beginning to pull consumers to your brand. Do not try to perfect all 3 ways at once. Doing so will cost you precious time, resources and a brand that isn’t distinguishable.

I have been involved in creating and developing a brand for the last 9 years (and keep going on). We have had a decent success but it took several years for the brand and products really to take off. From what I experienced (and am still experiencing), these would be my 3 most important factors:
1) The brand name itself - If you get this right, things will be much easier
2) The product - without great brand name it may be difficult to push the product, but once you have that brand name set, all efforts must go towards the quality and design. If this fails, the whole brand looses reputation and fails. It can happen extremely fast …
3) Luck …
The services are very important and should be the top priority, but if you have a product that people want, you may get away with not exactly perfect service. And many companies are taking advantage of this …
Thanks for the feedback Biz. Brand name is like a make or break situation.
In my experience, customer service is the strongest pulling factor. I’ve met lots of people willing to pay good money just because of the comfort they have with the customer service.
But still, it should not substitute with the other 2. All 3 must co-exist.
Arrogant businessmen tends to ignore customer service. Even how good your product is, people will despise you if you don’t serve them well..
well said Zedd. I am one of those customers who would spend extra and go father if I am being served well
unfortunately there are still so many arrogant businessmen who keep getting away with their attitude and probably never even heard the term ‘customer service’ … and they can survive only because there are still many customers out there for whom The Price is the god …
