Power of Leverage

water drop splash

In dealing and negotiating, one must have a desirable leverage. It is easy to get less but harder to get more. The power of leverage depends on what the other party cherishes. The more you have something the other party wants, the higher is your leverage.

In order to harness the power of leverage, a thorough research must be done on the other party. What they want, you try to obtain. With your new bargaining power, you’ll be able to set the price. Fancy words, beauty and wine are a great combination in the negotiation table.

One hand doesn’t make noice if the others parties don’t give you five. What you say is right, but that’s really involve communication skill.
