Every company has their own culture and understanding it is very important for your success. The culture of the company represents the values, practice, beliefs and ideals that the employees share. Company culture is shaped through many factors such as policies, personalities, rules and etc. By creating a culture that drives success, you are one step ahead of the game.
Sometimes the culture of the company is very negative which can ruin the whole company (only takes a few bad apples). Weeding out the bad and putting it back with positive influences can rejuvenate the culture back to its former glory. Having someone observe the company’s culture to make some revision (if needed) is an excellent way of keeping track of the company.

Embodying the company with good ideals, beliefs and values help shapes a positive company culture. The effects of a positive company’s culture will help drive the employees to do their best. We have heard of many success stories that begins from the culture. Having a great CEO is a must in order to create a positive culture. The personality of a great CEO tends to rub off to its follower that will help shape the culture of the company.
Having a positive culture for your company is the start of your success. A positive company culture is something that has to be reinforced by the CEO, executives and employees. Positive Company Culture = The Start of a Successful Company.

this I have to 100% agree, based on my own experience.
definitely the attitude of the boss is extremely important. if the boss is an (beep) then no positive culture will ever be possible. sometime however part of the job to keep the culture and atmosphere positive is to take tough decisions.
I had cases when I had to part ways with high caliber professional staff only because there was serious risk of them becoming (or some managed to become) rotten apples that totally disturbed the workings of the office. one person like that can destroy years of building what you call here positive culture. sometime have to let that kind of people go even though from professional point view their departure is a loss to the company
Must had been painful for the company to let them go. Maybe implementing a correction program for “staffs that has gone wrong” might had been a better decision.
