Many leaders implement the “do what I say, not what I do” mentality and saying. Leaders who indulge and hardly discipline themselves will corrupt those around and below them. Leaders who are high above have to be a role model for those below. Like the old saying “monkey see, monkey do”.
If one is generous, then others will start giving. If one is greedy, then others will start to steal. What one does, others will do. When one goes, others will go. If the leader manifests virtue, then others will be caring and giving. Like monkeys, human see, human do.
