Maximum Marketing Impact through a Spokesperson

A spokesperson is a crucial element necessary to convey the thoughts and ideas of the company to the people. Through this spokesperson, maximum marketing impact can be achieved. A spokesperson is so important that it equally matches the CEO in terms of duties and even authority.

In order to pick a good spokesperson, the person has to be beautiful/handsome, intelligent (or just famous) and acknowledges what the company is trying to achieve. All duties involving brand exposure or the press will be given to this person. A company’s spokesperson is like the icon of the company and has a major impact on the news, media and press.

As the CEO thinks of new strategies or ideas to combat the competition, the spokesperson will be at the forefront in trying to expand their dominance through public engagement, marketing strategies and negotiations. This releases the burden of the CEO and in turn has more time to devise the company’s next approach.

Obtaining a true spokesperson is no easy task. Handpicking one takes time but having one will be a blessing to your business. Both the CEO and spokesperson must build on their friendship over time in order to obtain loyalty and trust for one another. Through this bond the spokesperson can’t escape his/her duties. Maximum marketing impact can only be obtained through a magnificent spokesperson.

Yes, an intelligent (and good-looking) spokesperson always help! But we must emphasize as well to let the spokesperson do ALL the talking, or it will defeat the purpose.

Zedd- Yes, the spokesperson does all the talking. The marketing impact diminishes if someone else tries to join in the talking or interrupts the spokesperson. Thanks for pointing that out Zedd =).

While it may be important to have a spokesperson, you shouldn’t rush and get just anyone. They can do just as much harm as they can good.
