
Loyal employees are the lifeblood of the company. In the age where people can be fired or lay off from work in a few months to a few years from constant mergers, acquisitions, and new candidates; It has become a test of survival for these employees to win the boss’s affection and disregard everything else to avoid being fired.
This byproduct creates nothing but dissension and corruption that will eventually destroy the company. Not many will succeed in this conquest of aiming at the top and the people who do are not bound by loyalty so the company will eventually collapse.
The boss must reward those who are loyal and skilled and must avoid layoffs unless justified to calm the workforce or fear will arise. The workforce also must be treated well with discipline and affection as if it their own children. Being stingy on reward or raise will come back at you tenfold through resentment and joining forces with the enemies which would bring you your downfall.
A great boss with his/her able officers and a loyal workforce will be able to dominate their respective industry. Build trust and loyalty with your employees and promote those who the workforce cheers and acknowledge. Attract able people to your company and care and reward them well for their efforts as they will devote everything for you.
