Limitless Opportunities

During the Warring States Period in China, Cao Cao emerges as a hero through the conflicts and chaos erupting all over Ancient China. His craftiness and strategy was able to turn every situation into an opportunity and was eventually crowned King of Wei, one of the three powers in “The Three Kingdoms”. For every situation lie opportunities for people to grasp. Either you take advantage of it or lose from it.

We have heard, seen and read countless rebellions, revolutions and succession that started out from a situation. These situations are viewed as a time of confusion and disorder for many but opportunities for the very few. Taking control over the opportunity makes you the successor. Not every opportunity is meant for you so you should not go against your belief and values to take advantage of the situation.

Will you thrive or die? All this depends on your actions. Timing is crucial in any given situation. The execution of the plan determines your success and developing a global vision that everyone attracts to will captivate the people. Timing, Execution, and Vision are the necessary components that will turn many situations into opportunities.

Situations can be big and small and could be created from businesses to everyday situations. When the business is in jeopardy an employee can rise out of the top. When one market fails another will benefit, creating balance and opportunities. When one business goes out another comes in. When one gets fired from a job another will take its place. I call this limitless opportunities, but not every opportunity is for you. Figuring out which opportunity to take is more of a challenge for you.
