Free sample is a great and powerful technique in attracting consumers to your products/services. Many people don’t know the quality of your product/service in the beginning so a free introduction is needed. As your potential customer start to interact with you and the product, selling becomes much easier as the interactions melt the ice between you and the consumer.

Try to let consumers sample your products. If you are selling DVDs, you can have a kiosk to display the 1st 5 minutes of any movie to get the consumer hyped up on their selection.
