		<description>Learning from mistakes requires looking at yourself and taking responsibility for those mistakes. Too many people today don't do that. It's always someone else's fault. 

I try very hard to learn from mistakes - taking accountability and responsibility for them. I figure I'm a constant work in progress.</description>
