A leader is the one who is always the first at the forefront. A leader is also the one who is always the last to leave. Being a leader is being the one to sacrifice for the goals of an organization. They are the people that will do everything they can for the organization to set an example for others to follow.
Going first, leaving last, is a philosophy for leaders as they are the pillars of their organizations. It is hard to be a leader, for it is demanding and painstaking. Anything you do or say will have an effect of your organization. The world has many leaders but many are not true leaders.
To go first and to leave last is to take responsibility over everything from the start to the end. Having the leadership to take responsibilities over everything inspires and motivates all. Character is more important than skills as character may take a lifetime to cultivate. Leaders are the first to lead and the last to leave.
