As with any advice, keeping the enemies guessing is a powerful factor in beating the competition. If they don’t know your plans or strategies for your next move, the better it is for you as they can not counter it. Use diversions to confuse and hide your plans. What they know can hurt you.
Never let the enemies know your next move. If they do, they will take advantage of it and counter or implement it before you. Never brag or reveal your plans as you never know who might be hearing it. Keeping a low profile on your next move is the safest and most secure way to beat the competition, but it is the hardest as humans love attention and praise from the public.

Releasing false information or news about your next move is a good way to beat the competition. By enticing your enemies to fall for the bait, you save yourself resources and time from having to deal with them. If the enemies use all their time and resources on what you enticed them to do, you have already secured their doom.
Remember, try not to reveal your plans. What you reveal might be your ruin. Instead, spread false rumors and release false information to keep the enemies guessing. Not knowing your next move or plans will give you the edge to beat the competition.

David, you know I think you’re a genius, but really, you gotta stop reading The Art of War. I’m begging you man.
Too often I’ll hear people touting what they’re about to do, and then others beat them to it. I’ve never understood it. I guess they enjoy hearing themselves talk more than actually winning.
Karen- I have already read The Art of War. Is a part of me now.
FM- I guess they tout to get some attention and to be awed by the people, but only to be beaten by it.
Hi David,
Great advice. Now, to totally contradict that, I am going to tell you that my next move is that I am changing domains over to http://www.bluewavetechnology.com.au , as this is the domain for my business.
Thanks for all of your great comments over on GreenGem
Steve
Nice new domain Steve. How come it has a .au at the end? I think it is going to be hard for people to find your website if there’s an extra .au in the end.
The au is becuase it is an australian domain. I have an Aussie based business
I see now Steve.
he reads r.greene’s 48 laws too
“Always mystify, mislead and surprise the enemy,if possible;and when you strike and overcome him, never let up in the pursuit so long as your men have strength to follow;for an army routed,if hotly pursued, becomes panic-stricken,and can then be destroyed by half their number. The other rule is,never fight against heavy odds,if by any possible manoeuvering you can hurl your own force on only a part, and that the weakest part,of your enemy and crush it.Such tactics will win every time, and a small army may thus destroy a large one in detail, and repeated victory will make it invincible.” — Thomas Jonathan “Stonewall” Jackson
