When you are impatient, you let your emotion get the best of you. You don’t feel like negotiating or even wait. You take what is offered without thinking and let others set the price for you. Impatient people give up all their options and negotiations because they are eager and hasty.
By thinking carefully and exploring all options, you cultivate patient. If you are more patient, you will be able to obtain better pricing and offerings. You won’t be lead by eagerness nor hastiness when dealing with others. By acting loose and having plenty of time to think, question and negotiate, you will be able to get better pricing and options.
Many businesses use time limit to invoke the eagerness to buy. They create scarcity which will increase their profits. It is done on purpose to get impatient people to buy without thinking or questioning. Cultivate patient in order to not be exploited by others. Think carefully and calmly in any given situation. This is so true, when we first got engaged in April we ran out and put a deposit on a reception hall right away, now I wish we had waited until we hired a wedding planner so they could negotiate better terms for us. Oh well leason learned
