I commit, you commit… that’s the relationship between leaders and employees. It is a powerful relationship that if neglected, will break the very foundation of the business. The more important the employees, the more you have to commit to them. The leader must be the first to commit in order to be returned the favor. Commitment is necessary in life and in business.

In order for loyalty to be inspired, the leader must take care of the financial, health, personal and life issues of the employees. In return, the commitment of employees will be forever strong. They will give their absolute devotion to the company. Build up a strong relationship, let communication and action be the key to building a deeper commitment. If the leaders commit to the employees, the employees will commit to the leaders. When commitment is established, the employees will not hold back their powers.
