Do the bosses you know still have integrity? It seems a lot of bosses these days have lost their integrity as their ambition of seeking more riches blinded them. Worse, as a boss starts losing his/her integrity, the officers and employees will follow suit. When the boss starts going corrupt, so will the followers.
Making money is fine, but losing integrity just to make more will eventually backfire. The money you make today by sacrificing integrity; you will suffer for it later on. Worse as a boss, you not only corrupted yourself, but the people who followed you and even your business partners. Corruption spreads like wildfire, and without integrity, everything will eventually collapse.

The boss sets an example, a role model to the company. Every action you take influences them. The business strategy here is to keep integrity rather than to cast it away. Having integrity builds a foundation to your business and an everlasting good reputation to your name. If you shed your integrity, you are sacrificing big, for gaining something small.
It may be hard for some to hold on to their integrity as the power of temptation can make people shortsighted. Integrity is not something easy to hold onto, but not having it will come back at you ten-fold. In the end you will lose more than you gain whether it will be riches, fame, family or friends.

You should approach all your business dealings with integrity, whether you’re the boss or not. You don’t have to “be the boss” in order to set an example.
FM- The boss is a role model and what he/she does influences the workforce. The boss has to set an example so the workforce knows what to expect and do based upon the bosses actions. What the boss does, the rest will follow suit. Just as what a mother/father does, the daughter/son will follow suit.
well said David
Is this about keeping it real? It’s a good idea to stay on message and keep it related to what you have attracted your readers for.
Stay tuned on by blog about my blog about who should you write for, humans or robots. I think it (kind of) relates to this post.
Kirk- Thanks!
Contamination- Is a business strategy on keeping integrity instead of casting it away for more profits, which in turn is actually weakening your business. By shedding integrity you are weakening your company which in turns give the enemy the opportunity it needs to eliminate you from the competition.
Integrity definitely keeps the business on course without it those you wish to do business with will think twice.
Indeed, Debo. Without integrity, nobody will want to do business with you.
