Having a Mind of Steel

man-meditating

Having a mind of steel is a blessing. With such a powerful mentality, you won’t be irritated by anything as you have become immune to negative thoughts and words of this world. This kind of positive reinforcement will shape and mold you to become a leader who doesn’t give in to emotions and recklessness. Even if the world collapses, you won’t be bothered since negativity won’t be able to infiltrate your mind. Such a mentality keeps you positive from the negative force.

Training the mind to become steel-like takes time, energy, discipline and practice. Start with small things that irritate you and try to overcome them. After that, keep building up until you are resistance to most things that will make you lose control of yourself. You must have the mentality where most situations aren’t that big of a deal and that you have already prepared yourself for the worst possible outcome. Doing so will help you build a mind of steel. This kind of mentality makes you ignorant of the world, and as they say, “ignorance is a blessing“.

Hmm… you’ve a picture of a person meditation together with your message on the mind of steel. Personally, I find that very instructive.

Anyone who meditates knows how hard it is and it is beneficial if a person wishes to acquire a mind of steel… Try to avoid the temptation of scratching an itch whilst meditating and you’ll know what I mean. :)

The best way to achieve it is to think of something else at that moment… Do that once, do it twice, and the third time it won’t matter, because you understand that this is just how things are; being irritated about it doesn’t change anything.
