The president of a nation is like the parent of the nation. The nation itself is like the family of the president. One can regard the elites as the oldest siblings, the middle as 2nd oldest and poor as the youngest siblings of the family.
The oldest siblings of the family at times will misbehave so they must be disciplined in order to correct their mistakes. Whenever they try to avoid their chores, the parent must correct them. At times, the youngest siblings of the family are taken advantage of by being dumped with heavy chores to do by the oldest siblings. The parent must monitor and prevent that from happening.
In governing a nation like a family, the parent must talk to the children and discipline them whenever they do something wrong. The chores of the parent’s children must be equally divided. If one of the children is sick, the others will have to make up when the child is recovering. A family that sticks together will prosper while a family that leaves the children undisciplined will find it in ruins.
In governing in anything, it is best to treat the governed like a family. Even employees within a business should be treated as children which needs guidance and help. Of course, a capable and noble leader/president must be at the forefront in order to make the family prosper. A corrupted one will leave everything in ruins where the children will misbehave.
