Chris- Those kinds of companies will collapse soon or later. To faster bring the downfall of bad companies, just use the power of the internet. More people (just get a free self-host blog like wordpress.com or blogger.com) should be encouraged to write their bad experiences on lying and scamming companies so others will never be victimized by them again. That way, bad word of mouth will spread like crazy through the internet so everyone will be high alert on those scamming and lying companies (nobody will buy from them again). A lot of people are researching companies these days before buying so the internet is a powerful tool for bringing down bad companies. Karen- I feel bad for you =(.
