When expectation does not match up to reality, mentality falters and spirit shatters. Expect nothing, and there would be nothing you cannot do.
Expectation creates fear.
Fear creates procrastination.
Procrastination creates nothing.
To expect nothing, is to not be afraid of anything. There is no expectation of reward nor punishment. Not being motivated by profit nor fear of loss, one does what one needs to do.
