Emotion is Your Greatest Enemy

In life or in business, your emotion is your greatest enemy. Many has fallen victim to anger but also to happiness as well. In a business setting, you will cause grave errors and be exploited through your emotion by yourself and others.

When you are angry, your mind gets clouded and all your action and words will be based upon your emotion. Things acted upon anger will only cause destruction and bitter hatred that will continue on a downward spiral. Things become harder to amend and your employees will no longer listen or respect you as a leader. In the worst case scenario, employees will quit or even backstab you for your harshness.

When you are happy, you can still be exploited. Whenever you are in a good mood, people can play off catastrophic events as minor. You will be off your guard when you’re happy so people will exploit it to their advantages. Things will be taken more lightly where you can easily fall under someone’s scams or traps.

Your emotion can be your greatest barrier to success. Always be calm and alert in your emotions and in your plans. A cool head is needed at all times in order to avoid any pitfalls and schemes setup by others.
