Elite Group

Do you have an elite group within your organization? This elite group is where powerful individuals come together in order to achieve the company’s true objectives. These elite individuals all have the unique skills and talents necessary to fulfill the leader’s vision. By binding the elite group to your vision, your organization will stay true to its objectives

Each individual within the elite group have a unique set of talents, skills and leading abilities. The leader is in control of the elite group and is a part of his/her personal team. This is necessary as the elite group will share some of the leader’s burden. Don’t confuse them with the executive officers. There is always a risk that your executive officers are fighting for their own profits and ambition so a separate power like the elite group is needed in order to set things straight.

The existence of an elite group is necessary in order to balance the power of the organization. The elite group will have a higher power than that of the executive officers because the officers are just there to fulfill their duties while the group exists to fulfill the vision set down by the leader. The existence of an elite group within the organization and even the political system will truly help fulfill the vision that the leader envisioned when he/she first started the organization.

The elite group will swear to do everything in its power to fulfill the leader’s vision. Handpicking the right people and forming them into an elite group will build a great momentum and power that will see things your way and not their own. The last thing you want in your organization is a bunch of people who are fighting for their own interest.

This I can second is necessary once the company grows to a size of even as few as 10 people. Even if you start with the “elite” group consisting of 1 person only …

“The leader is in control of the elite group and is a part of his/her personal team.”
Won’t there will be any conflict between this elite group and the high ranking officers?
As the elite group doesn’t rank according to the hierarchy, won’t those officers contest their ability to influence the decision makers?

Biz- Yeah, even 1 will do for as few as 10 people within an organization.

Zedd- It can be if the organization add in that rank to their hierarchy.

    Aniruddha- Thanks
