I was immensely lucky to have parents who truly believed I was capable of doing absolutely anything I chose. It has spilled over into a mindset I've carried all my life, even during the absolute worst moments, that I am capable of anything. Put it in front of me, and I will succeed at it. I adore my parents, and I think that is the most incredible gift anyone has ever given me. David, I think the way you were raised can have a large impact on your self-image and mindset.
