It’s a worker of the month or better said worker of the quarter incentive. Why use a credit card contest when you can simply give monthly bonuses along with the regular paychecks?

Chris- Because it is not all about cash incentive. The winner also obtain honor and recognition from this contest and the credit card symbolizes that. This promote competitiveness and also more loyalty in the end.
This is a nice twist to the motivating the employee concept. Chris Ofcourse it doesn’t necessarily have to be a credit card, could be a company branded car, a paid holiday anything. This is just one initiative and a nice one at that.
