Using color as part of your workforce dress code is a marketing strategy to further build your brand image. By having employees wear the colors that match your company’s image, you further build your brand through the workforce dress code.
A lot of companies use color dress code for building their brand as employees interact with the consumers. Also, when the workforce dresses the same color, it further brings unity among the employees.

The best way to pick your company’s color is through your logo. By using the color that existed in your logo, you further reinforce the logo by using the color it uses. This is by far the most efficient way to reinforce your logo and build your brand at the same time.
A lot of companies especially retailers and fast food restaurants are implementing this marketing strategy for building their brand and uniting the workforce as a whole. Consumers will be also able to further distinguish employees better to ask them for assistance. You can’t go wrong implementing color dress code for your business.

Branding is very important. Consider yourself both Dugg and Stumbled!

Thanks Kirk
I am sitting here at work wearing a company logo’d shirt.
Although I work in a business professional banking office I sometime wish we would go to a uniformed environment because quite franky it is just easier to get dress in the morning and get to work on time. I realize that has nothing to do with marketing, but I keep a couple of these company shirts on hand when I know I want to sleep in late.
dress code at work makes life simpler and easier =).
Yes, colors are important. I changed the color scheme of my Web site month ago, becasue it did not work. I also have some resources about COLORS in this post. Check it out.
