One cannot be overly cautious, one cannot be in undue haste. Opportunity can be lost when not acted in haste, but without being cautious, it will be a waste. The middle point is of cautious haste. To be fast yet careful to adjust and adapt is to plan for success. Acting in time, responding to change, a perfect combination.
