<p>There are 4 main factors in strategy.</p>
<p>To know them all is the pinnacle of success.</p>
<p>Right Information &#8211; information is the key to strategy, and having the right information is like life and death for rumors, gossips and the false can cover up the truth.</p>
<p>Right Place &#8211; the right place is the right location for the strategy to occur. Elements make up the majority, and location is the key to it all.</p>
<p>Right People &#8211; only certain people are qualified to initiate the strategy , and these people will be the initiator through psychological speculation and manipulation.</p>
<p>Right Time &#8211; the changes of time can spoil everything, so having the right timing is crucial to harvesting ripe fruits. Time waits for no one, so calculating the right season is critical.</p>

<p>Hiring the right people is crucial when trying to give the best hospitality in your business. In order for your employees to treat your customers well, you also have to treat them well in order for them to reciprocate to the customers. Knowing what to hire in a person is important, and people who are kind and warm makes the best employees for giving hospitality.</p>
<p>Lending an open ear, and taking notice of what they say is important, for you must remember in order to know that you were sincere. Listening and remembering are two sides of the same coin, and you must be able to enforce what you remembered in order to make a difference. Hospitality is not only for tourism, but for every business in existence.</p>

The &#8220;But&#8221; leads to a negative that obscures everything that was said, no matter how beautiful the speech was composed to the listener. A positive that leads to a negative is a poorly composed speech that fails to do anything.</p>

<p>The AIDA model consists of 4 different phases that leads to the purchase of a product/service.</p>

<p>Attention is the 1st phase that will spark the interest of a consumer. What sparks attention is usually by its unique design, pricing, and marketing.</p>

<p>Interest is the 2nd phase that can create a desire for the product/service. A consumer will want to know more about the product/service, its functions and features.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Desire</strong></span></p>
<p>Desire is the 3rd phase that stimulates an action to buy. After comparing the pros and cons of the product/service and cross referencing with multiple sources, desire may grow which will lead to the purchase of the product/service.</p>

<p>Action is the 4th phase and the last of the AIDA. The consumer will purchase the product/service after completing the 3 phases. Desire triggers action, and the consumer will buy it when the product/service can fulfill his/her desire.</p>
<p>By understanding the AIDA model, you will know what makes consumers tick from the pricing structure to the designs and features. With such valuable data, you will be able to craft a product/service to the consumers satisfaction.</p>
