Critical thinking is one of the fundamentals of business. How is this business going to work? Will this business strategy be the best course of action? Do the customers want what I have? How best to use the resources I have? These are the many questions that needs to be looked at and reflected upon with diligence.
One has to think in multiple view points, from your own perspective to the customer’s point of view in order to get a feel of how the business is going to do. Pricing, quality, and features all make up your business and needs special attention in order to carefully create the product/service for your business. Critical thinking is the necessary foundation before you even start your business in order for a successful enterprise.
