Enemy leaders can be shaken in business. Easy victories are attained by breaking the enemy’s spirit. Without spirit, a leader is lifeless and weak. It is very costly to engage the enemy head on when their spirits are high. By breaking the enemy’s spirit, they will lose the will to compete and eventually perish.
The enemy leader’s spirit can be shaken by stopping their plans. Get in your enemy’s way by learning their every move. What is the enemy fighting for? Discourage them by removing the things that inspires them. Make their goals and dreams unattainable through intervention.

Leaders are nothing without followers. Remove or recruit your enemy’s followers to break their spirit. It will be twice as good to have the enemy’s followers turn against their own leader. Convert your enemies’ closet allies to become their closest enemies. Use them to discourage your enemy to lose the will to compete.
Break the enemy’s spirit to win the competition from being prolonged. Businesses collapse from a shaken leader. Remove the enemy’s spirit and they will become an empty core. With their mind and spirit shaken, victory is assured.

Yikes that is dastardly indeed!
Yeah, it is! >:)
So how about this scenario:
A supplier who really kept getting on my nerves decides to solve his problems by hiring a high calibre expat staff.
And after all is settled, I snatch the guy from under his nose and hire him myself
I believe I managed to break some spirits
Yep! It happens a lot in the business world just by observing!
I love your posts because they are thought provoking quickly
Short and sweet, and they are really well thought out
Cheers!

I wish I would have come up with that and posted it on my business blog- of course it might scare away my customers. They might be afraid I was going to make them an empty core. That’s pretty sweet though !
Scott- Thank you very much!
Michelle- Haha! Thank you!
