What is “flexible”? A dictionary would say “adapt”. Having that mentality is necessary in order to become a capable leader. If something occurs that is out of your expectation, you must have a “flexible” mentality in order to counter or adapt to the situation.
Situations that you never thought would occur might happen. Worse… it might evolve beyond your expectation. Rules and regulation might get in your way, but being flexible will be the source of solving those crises.
Sometimes rules and regulations must be broken in order to lead to a better outcome. You might need to negotiate with your enemies in order to find a solution. At times, you must change some of your principles in order to succeed. Become flexible in order to succeed.
Being flexible may be hard unless you truly believe in its power. I dare to say it is a necessity in order to achieve your goals, dreams, desire and destiny. Be flexible enough to break some rules and approach differently to succeed.
