Attention to Details

Attention to Details

Attention to details is crucial for any business endeavor. For too long, many businesses neglect even the smallest details which completely destroyed their business. One must pay attention to the details such as pricing, timing, packaging and etc to be successful in business.

The greatest success is found within the smallest details. A little changing in price, launching the product/service at the appropriate time and the little details in packaging are the things can transform your business. Some businesses enjoy their success through mastering the little details that many had neglected. Don’t miss the opportunity that many had cast aside.

Slighting even the smallest detail will be of dire consequences in the near future. Neglecting that one detail can cause a serious chain of events that can undo your business. Pay attention to even the smallest details for they will all factor into your business. The last thing you want is to neglect something small yet devastating when everything comes into play. Pay close attention to the details of your business.

For want of a nail the shoe was lost,
for want of a shoe the horse was lost,
for want of a horse the knight was lost,
for want of a knight the battle was lost.
So it was a kingdom was lost - all for want of a nail.

Details of your customers and business partners are important also. The more details you show you know about a person, the more likely they are to do business with you.

Like artistic design, it’s the smallest details that count. But resource problem makes the management considers these finer things cumbersome. Might as well leads to those unwanted micromanagement.

YT- great poem that “nails” the point! :D

Entre- great point there as well! The more you show that you know them, the more likely they will come back.

Zedd- Micromanagement is indeed very important. If you do only macromanagement, the small details are lost.
